How does per-slot pricing work?
You choose how many Full and Readonly slots you need, and billing is based on the number of Full and Readonly slots in your subscription. Each slot can be assigned to one MT4 or MT5 trading account. Add or remove slots at any time — new slots are charged only for the remaining days until your next renewal date.
Can I mix Readonly and Full plans?
Yes. You can use both Readonly and Full accounts under the same subscription.
Is there a free trial?
No. TradeCopyFX does not currently offer a free trial. A subscription is required to connect and use trading accounts on the platform.
Can I add accounts from different brokers?
Yes. You can connect MT4 and MT5 accounts from different supported brokers. You can also copy trades between accounts connected to different brokers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing section — your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments and subscriptions are non-refundable after payment has been completed. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
